HONYAKU USA INC. was established by HONYAKU CORPORATION, a Japanese translation company with 50 years of experience. We are seeking an enthusiastic, team-oriented translation coordinator to join our company. Translation Coordinators are responsible for managing and coordinating the completion of all language projects including quality control.
Requirements:
• Minimum Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Must be a native-level Japanese speaker
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Able to work independently and as a team member
• Strong multi-tasking ability and problem-solving skills
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
Responsibilities:
• Communicate with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope and objectives and prepare quotes
• Data gathering, analysis, and review
• Manage project timelines
• Handle technical aspects of translation such as formatting and quality check prior to delivery to client
• Maintain good working relationships with clients and translators
• Other duties as assigned.
