Description
General/Basic Rehab/Construction Experience needed in order to meet with contractors on a daily basis and make sure that all jobs are being completed in an efficient, timely and quality manner.
Job will require and include but not be limited to the following:
A) visiting job sites on a daily basis to make sure that all contractor rehab work is being performed in a correct and timely manner.
B) Documentation via video/pictures on a daily basis of each job site.
C) Meet with contractors and compile lists/orders of all materials that will be needed for each project and then submit to management for approval.
D) Assuring that all material costs stay within budget
E) Leadership Skills and Can do mentality.
F) Dependable Transportation
