The State of California requires an applicant for a real estate license to complete 3 college level courses and take and pass the California real estate exam.
Course work can be done at home in an online format and at your own pace. You can be completed in as little as 54 days.
We also offer an optional live "Cram Class", after the student has completed the required courses, to help prepare the student for the State exam.
