We are a guitarist and drummer. Have music written for approx dozen songs, with many more in the works.
We're looking for another guitar player, bassist, or synth player who would also be interested in singing. Ideal situation would be to fold your songs and our songs equally into a new project.
Genre is extremely important to us; We're playing a mix of post-punk, post-rock, shoegaze, cold wave, etc. We've had very poor results with singers who "listen to everything" and don't actually get this music.
Please have recordings posted online that we can check out, and we will reply in kind in with our demos. If you don't have anything posted up, I'm afraid we have to decline out of hand.
We have a small lockout in WLA. Once things are solid, we would ask the new member to contribute equally on the rent.
