Rehoming for 11 Month Old Jack Russell Terrier Mix

It is with sadness that I'm looking to rehome my 11 month old pup, Kiki. She's my first dog and I learned I unfortunately can't take care of her the way she should be looked after. I took her in at 8 weeks and she will be a year old on July 18. Her year old shots and exams are due and she has not yet been spayed. She is also on a prescribed diet of which I have the prescription card from the vet. For those reasons, I'm asking for a really small rehoming fee. I'd really like to find a new loving home for her.
