Mobile Home Park Hiring for Grounds/Facilities Maintenance Person Work mostly outdoors in a friendly and welcoming environment. Free RV spot for the right person plus hourly pay. We are looking for a maintenance person to maintain the grounds and the park-owned facilities. Full-time, 8 hours per day 2 Parks split time. We are looking for individuals that are responsible self-starters that can work well with-in a team. Anyone with plumbing or electrical experience would be ideal. Position will include the following, but not limited to, these duties: - Basic landscape maintenance - Grounds & property maintenance including trash removal, etc - Basic to intermediate plumbing and electrical repairs - Facility maintenance - Parking lot maintenance - Working with underground utilities such as sewer and water lines - Machine and small engine maintenance - Projects, that may include digging, painting, carpentry, home remodels, trash outs, fence building, putting up street lights, etc - Emergency utility repairs - Etc, Etc, Etc Job Requirements: - Must be able to lift 50+ pounds - At least 2 years experience working in a trade, maintenance position, or other relevant work experience. - Customer service, positive attitude, flexibility and the ability to work in a team environment are key to making this position a success! - Reliable transportation - Must be able to pass background check and drug screening Compensation: Based on experience, compensation will start between $14.00 - $17.00 per hour.
