Long-term daytime work. Install small residential real estate signs at homes. Must live within 30 minutes of our storage facility. Frisco, TX Availability Work is completed between 8 am to 7 pm each day. You will have the flexibility to complete the route between these hours. Appx 10 - 15 hours per week. You will work 2 to 3 days per week (between Monday - Friday). Perfect for individuals who have availability during the day. About our company We are a real estate service company. We offer hassle-free sign and lockbox management to real estate brokerages and their agents so that they can focus on what they do best, building relationships with their clients. Any real estate company or agent can request service in Texas, Florida, Georgia, and Pennsylvania. Job Description Our company installs real estate signs and other inventory for real estate brokerages including Redfin, Compass, Offerpad, and Door. Each day, you will pick up your inventory at the storage. You will follow a service route, placing and picking up real estate signs at residential properties and ending each day at our storage facility. Job Requirements Able to lift 50 lbs. Looking for long-term work. Have a valid driver's license and insurance. Have a great attitude! Must be punctual, and detail-oriented. Have reliable transportation (Prius or similar small vehicle preferred). Must live within 30 minutes of our storage facility.
