Barre3 is a full-body balanced workout combining strength conditioning, cardio & mindfulness. We are SO excited to bring barre3 to South Tampa! We will be hosting classes around the Tampa area, as our space is under construction and being prepared for opening. Bring friends & family along with you, classes are FREE! Sign up on Eventbrite to reserve your spot. Please bring a yoga mat, water bottle, light handheld weights (optional) and a sweat towel if you'd like. We can't wait to meet you and move together! About barre3: barre3 is a full-body mindful workout that delivers remarkable results from the inside out. You’ll be guided through sustained holds, muscle-burning micro movements, and heart-pumping cardio bursts. The barre3 signature approach will leave you feeling balanced in body and empowered from within. Highland Ave, Tampa, FL) Wednesdays at 6pm , 45 minute class (at Hyde Park Village, separate link run by Hyde Park Village, email [email protected] to sign up!)Saturdays at 9:30am (LOCATION: Davis Island Seaplane Basin, 650 Severn Ave) Parking is free at all locations. For your first class, please arrive a few minutes early to sign a waiver. We are SO excited to bring barre3 to South Tampa! We have tons of upcoming community FREE classes around the Tampa area! We will be hosting these classes until our space is finished with construction and prepared to open. Then, we hope to welcome you in our new, beautiful studio space!
