Early morning porter $12.00+hr / 28+ hours week

Immediately looking to hire early morning porter for 28+/hours a week at $12+ per hour. The job includes picking up litter in parking lots, changing liners, blowing walk ways and making sure dumpster enclosures are clean. Would prefer someone with previous experience, but can train. Must be able to work at least one day on the weekend and early mornings (4 or 5AM) since we have properties that must be cleaned after all the businesses close and before they open. You must be physically fit and able to walk long distances and lift at least 50 pounds. Also, must be over 25, able to drive manual transmission and have valid drivers license with CLEAN driving record. Best candidates will have possess good attention to detail, transportation to company truck, (located near Windsor Park areas) and have a working cell phone. Pay is bi-weekly, every other Friday.
