I am a small construction business owner looking for a few honest hard working journeyman/apprentice with experience in general construction. currently working in multiple projects in the San Diego area. So I am extremely busy. looking for someone who is honest, hardworking, has experience in the trades required and willing to work as a team and finish the work in a clean orderly fashion. tools are not required but a plus experience is a must. please do not state experience you do not have. I prefer an honest person who will state their experience in a trade rather than claim knowledge in an uncommon field. please do not wast my time or yours in regards to this as you will be terminated immediately. also not seeking an employee who just wants to obtain their hours and not finish the job. I have come across a lot of people who do this. if you are looking for a long term hire, show me you want this job. do the extra work and little things that stand out. willing to hire someone with some experience and can teach along the way but Definetly prefer someone with the experience to knock this out. looking to hire long-term as I am in need of man power.
