WHAT’S ON THE VINE Wine Tasting & Education Series Join me for WHAT’S ON THE VINE: Wine Tasting & Education Series at Nosh & Bottle. This series of classes will be approachable, fun, and interactive. EVERYONE IS WELCOME...Wine Newbies to Enthusiasts. You can take as many classes as you want, and there isn't a prerequisite for taking any of the classes. Let's sip, socialize and learn about wine together! Each class is $55 - Include 6 wine tastings and paired bites! The ‘Wine Basics’ classes will give you a high-level introduction to the world of wine. You will also taste some of the classic grapes from various wine regions around the world. Sat 6/12 – The Basics 101 - 5 S’s, Classic Grapes & Regions, Serving & Storage, ProTip to Navigate The Wine Aisle Sat 6/26 – The Advanced Basics 201 - Classic Wine Regions, Wine Etiquette, ProTips for Reading A Wine Label & Wine List The ‘Around the World’ classes will take you on a swirl & sipping journey around France & Italy. You will sip and learn about various wine regions in these countries. Sat 7/10 – Swirl & Sip Around France - Bordeaux, Burgundy, Rhone Valley, Loire Valley, Provence Sat 7/24 – Swirl & Sip Around Italy - Piedmont, Tuscany, Veneto, Emilia-Romagna, Sicily The ‘Uncommon’ classes will take you on an uncommon swirl & sip journey around the world. You will sip and learn about some of the uncommon varietals that are becoming more popular in the US. Sat 8/14 – Swirl & Sip Uncommon White Wines - Viognier, Grüner Veltliner, Torrontés, Tokaji etc… Sat 8/28 – Swirl & Sip Uncommon Red Wines - Pinotage, Carmenere, Barbera, Carignan etc… Purchasing Instructions: Review the details for each class and select the date for the class you want to attend.
