I S O - Someone to pull 3 dogs for me - URGENT

I have been trying to get a hold of Rescues, Fosters, Anyone who will go the Harris County Shelter and adopt 3 dogs for me, so I can bring them home with me. I do not live in Houston so it is very impossible for an out of State person to adopt, especially if the dogs are not fixed (spay or neutered) yet! You adopt he animal, they then fix the animal which can take up to 3 days, then you go back and get the animal. I don't live in Houston is why I am not able to make this happen for me.
