St. Francis Yacht Club, deemed the #1 yacht club in the US again this year, is seeking a Facilities Manager. The ideal candidate for this position is an enthusiastic, self-motivated, highly organized individual with a hands on approach; one who possesses a solid background in facilities maintenance and is comfortable working side by side with a team as well as managing them. Job Summary (Essential Functions) Manages the operation and maintenance/housekeeping of the Club. Maintaining HVAC, refrigeration, ice making, electrical, plumbing, commercial kitchen appliances and structural systems as needed. Utilize E-Maint CMMS to coordinate and delegate workflow to staff. Assist in the process of collecting bids per contracted projects and monitor the projects through to completion. Communicate with and through the Club as needed to schedule and notify members, management and staff of up-coming projects as needed. Job Tasks (Additional Responsibilities Assist in the preparation of operational and capital budgets. Responsible for the hiring process as needed. 1. Manage the CMMS preventive maintenance and work order system for the SF site ensuring all work is printed and distributed to staff on a weekly. 2. Inspect completed work weekly to maintain our standard of excellence. 3. Prepare and distribute all requested system reports weekly as requested. 4. Work with Clubhouse Manager to update CMMS system as needed to ensure the system is operating properly. 5. Ensure that all facilities repair costs are entered to CMMS when closing out PM’s and or work orders. 6. Train staff and keep them updated as needed. • Off Site Storage Facility: Manage offsite storage facility for the Club utilizing facilities staff to ensure that all items are cataloged and stored properly. • Scheduling of Staff: Provide scheduling in Paycor for all staff in department. • Housekeeping: Oversee all housekeeping activities and staff. Manage scheduling, workload and building inspections. • Critical Equipment Systems: Maintenance of the electrical, back-up generator and fire systems. • Mechanical Equipment: Oversee and manages the buildings mechanical systems as needed and scheduled through our CMMS. • Purchasing: Make purchases on behalf of the Club, per the Club's Accounting Policies and Procedures. • Facility Skills: Maintenance and repair of electrical, refrigeration, air-conditioning, and plumbing systems as needed. • Equipment Rounds: Complete daily building rounds. • Other Duties as Requested: Complete other duties as requested by the Clubhouse Manager.
