SEEKING CANNABIS FARM WORKERS!! FULL TIME & PART TIME. $20 PER HOUR ($30 PER HR IN OVERTIME!). Hello cannabis workers! We are a legal farm with 1 or 2 full time crew positions ready to be filled NOW! Part time positions start in late July (for 3-5 weeks, and then again later in the fall). We are a medium size, organic farm, nestled in a private area of a nice community of Southern Humboldt county. The owner and lead partner are chill, friendly and keep a no drama atmosphere. What we are offering: - The farm / property is a beautiful place to be. Well maintained. - We have a good work environment. Keep the vibe high. - Pay is cash (maybe by check later in year) @ $20 per hour (overtime pay @ $30 per hour!). If you work with us for months in the 2021 season, you may qualify for an incentive bonus. (This will be discussed and decided upon hiring). You will be a legal employee, filling out a W-4, etc. - On site rooming is currently available. Nice indoor kitchen and shower/bath, sweet deck, swimming pond, etc., are avail for use. - Full time work includes everything from leafing, tarping, digging, transplanting, harvesting, feeding, watering, etc. - Part time work will be helping with harvest, drying, bucking and trimming, etc. - A dog is a possible companion. Friends and lovers are not. ;) - If you are a team player, are reliable & completely trustworthy, a longer relationship with our company is possible. What you need to offer: - YOU MUST REPLY WITH BOTH YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS AND PHONE NUMBER. People avail longer (for the season) may be favored. You must be able to work legally in the US. - It is preferred that you have cannabis cultivation experience. Best if it's growing outdoors and/or in greenhouses. - You will need to be tested for COVID-19 and be negative soon before you arrive at the farm. - You will submit to a background check. - You need to be available in the area to interview soon. (Position[s] open NOW). - Computer (Metrc) and small engine repair skills are a plus. - You will be required to maintain complete confidentiality about the farm/property and the people there. (We will do that for you too). - You must have work references; local ones are best. - You will communicate in a timely and reasonably positive manner. - You will need to know how to respect the land, and be aware of our impacts upon it. - And.
