UPDATE: Missing Woman In South Bay Found, Authorities Say

TORRANCE, CA — Authorities were asking the public to help find a 47-year-old woman who suffers from schizophrenia and bipolar disorder who was reported missing Wednesday morning. She was last seen in Torrance. Grace Cha was last seen about 12:30 p.m. Tuesday in the area of Carson Street and Vermont Avenue, according to the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department. The LASD announced about 3:35 p.m. Wednesday that Cha had been found. No further details were provided. Cha is described as Asian, 5 feet, 2 inches tall and weighs 155 pounds. She has short black and gray hair and brown eyes, with a tattoo of roses and a skull on her right arm and a nose piercing. She was last seen wearing a black leather jacket and blue jeans, carrying three luggage bags, the department said. Anyone with information on Cha's whereabouts was asked to call the sheriff's Missing Persons Unit at 323-890-5500.
