Immigrants come to America for the same reason why actors and actresses go to Hollywood. Or for the same reason that people who want to work in the tech industry come to the Bay Area. They want opportunities. If Americans buy more agriculture and more products manufactured in these southern countries, immigration will cease. If we start having our cheap trinkets, cell phones and our clothing manufactured in South America instead of China, immigration will be solved. The whole world is turning to biofuels over oil based fuels. These southern nations have perfect climates and cheap labor to produce cheap fuel. If we help these nations develop their biofuel industry, immigration will end. Biden and Harris are solving the problem rather than treating the symptoms. I respect that. America first often means you need to help your neighbors along the way.
