This free, virtual event is an opportunity for the public to identify and help address issues of racial and ethnic equity in the City of West Palm Beach. WHO: Residents, business owners and stakeholders in the City of West Palm Beach WHAT: Mayor's Taskforce on Racial and Ethnic Equality Action Summit This highly interactive, virtual public event will serve as an opportunity for residents and stakeholders to weigh in on the priorities that matter most to them and to influence the work of the Mayor's Taskforce on Racial and Ethnic Equality. Your input will play an important role in influencing local decisionmakers and informing recommendations from the Mayor's Taskforce for Racial and Ethnic Equality. Topic and focus areas to be discussed at the summit include: Criminal Justice, Education & Workforce Development, Finance, Banking and Industry, Health, and Housing and Real Estate. Co-chairs will provide an update on the work of the Taskforce. The Taskforce was established to concentrate on racial and ethnic equality in five areas: criminal justice; education and workforce development; finance, banking and business; health; real estate and housing.
