Hello, We need a person or people to help share our rehearsal studio. We have excellent people with our studio. They are easy going, take care of each others instruments, and can be trusted. We have space for drum set, amps, and guitars. We have a Google Calendar. We have good days and nights available. We are looking for a long term person or people. We have a secured parking lot. Each person has a security card. We have a heavy duty lock on the door. There is free wifi. There are bathrooms and vending machines. We are looking for people who can handle their self in a proper way. We are looking for people who will use the studio; and we are flexible with showing up. If you are interested, please email me, and we can set up a time and day to show you the studio. The studio is at Rehearse America in Oakland located at 8923 San Leandro Street. It is three industrial blocks away from BART. (We push our drums sets against the wall after jamming, so that everyone can have as much space available to jam.) Thank you sincerely, John
