Looking to hire a painter to help us with our commercial and residential paint jobs. We need a Journeyman painter that has their own tools and truck for transportation. Position requirements and qualifications: - Lead Foreman, Construction Supervisor experience preferred but not required. Salary $35 per Hr. - Ability to accurately read, comprehend and build to architectural plans, specifications and construction documents. - Ability and past experience to oversee all trades and phases of projects from start to finish. - Ability to layout, foresee potential issues and problem solve. - Ability to supervise and lead a qualified crew of installers. - Ability to take and give direction effectively. - Must be drug free. - Have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation. **Please note that a background check and references will be conducted upon acceptance of employment Painter will be required to fill out a 1099 tax form: -Name, Phone Number and Email Address -Resume/ Experience Please note that a background check will be conducted upon acceptance of employment.
