Natural Stone maintenance and restoration lead technicians needed • Three years minimum verifiable work experience - natural stone restoration and maintenance (Marble, Travertine, Terrazzo, Granite, Quartz, Tile, Porcelain, …) • You will operate floor buffers, strippers, vacuum cleaners • Wax and buff hard surfaces including Terrazzo, tile, marble, and granite surfaces • Removing stains and using color matching techniques to fill holes. • Setup jobsite, masking, tapping,...with special attention to safety • Clean all residue or schedule support to help clean up. • Clean and fill grout • Return all equipment in a clean and orderly fashion. Flexible schedule. Significant standing, walking or other means of mobility. Ability to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 6 hours or more). Ability to reach, bend, stoop, push and/or pull, and frequently lift-up and move 40+ Lbs. Must have a reliable transportation or able to commute to and from the job site Drug free work environment.
