Great summertime job! Monitor the use of the HOA’s swimming facilities which include two swimming pools, restrooms and an outdoor shower inside a gated area. Responsible for the upkeep of the cleanliness of the area, check pool chemical levels, check-in homeowners and guests and monitor activity at pools during shift. Duties include: • Check in homeowners and guests. • Monitors pool area for safety and to ensure the enjoyment of the facilities for all guests. • Treat residents with courtesy and respect. • Brush pools and check water quality to ensure compliance with government health and safety standards (training provided) • Maintain cleanliness of amenities including cleaning guest bathrooms, ensuring adequate paper supply. • Set up patio umbrellas and deck/lounge chairs; report any trip and fall hazards and any needed repairs. • Attendance is an essential job function. Training is provided - must be 18 years old.
