●Passion for Coffee! ●Greet customers with professionalism and courtesy; ●Provide excellent customer service by informing guests of menu specials and/or changes, make recommendations as needed; ●Respond to inquiries regarding food ingredients (and potential food allergies), food preparation methods, beverages, and other restaurant services; ●Responsible for full cycle food and drink service; receive and relay orders, process payment, and if needed deliver orders to assigned tables in a timely manner; Issue receipts, change, and/or refunds; ●Maintain a clean work area, serving stations, and/or tables; ●Ensure customers are satisfied with their order and drinks; ●Responsible for the quality and presentation of each coffee cup; ●Latte Art is a Plus. ●California Food Handlers Certificate Required.
