Take Our Recovery Plan Survey The district is expecting to receive at least $101 million in federal funding to address those unexpected costs. The funding is part of the third round of federal stimulus funding from the Elementary and Secondary School Emergency Relief Fund, which was passed in March. According to the Texas Education Agency, the funds should be used over the next three years, with at least 20 percent of the funds set aside specifically for learning loss. As part of its oversight on the money, TEA is requiring all districts to develop a Recovery Plan that specifically includes feedback from district stakeholder groups on how the funds should be used. Thank you for taking the time to help us develop our Recovery Plan. This survey will remain open until Friday, June 11 at 5 p.m. This press release was produced by Spring Independent School District.
