Description
There has been a group of what appears to be 10-14 year old kids loitering, littering, trampling bushes and plants, tampering with sprinklers, vomiting, and throwing rocks and other items at people. This is specifically being seen in the business/industrial neighborhood located east of Tapo St. near East Los Angeles Ave.
There was one incident where the owner of the business (an elderly woman in her 70's) asked them to please not skateboard on our property, specifically our steps and railings. They responded by telling her to go "F" herself and called her a "B***".
They all have skateboards and are almost always dressed in black, sometimes with black beanies and hats.
It is often a group of 4-5 boys and sometimes there is an additional 2-3 girls with them too. We have security footage of them rummaging through our trash bins, often leaving a mess and throwing items over the fence onto the walking path next to the wash. They will also hide in the bushes and throw rocks at the people walking and bicycling on this path.
They always appear around 7:30- 8:30 PM. There was a recent event where one of the kids vomits directly onto our pavement in our parking lot.
As a parent, if I found out my child was doing these types of things at night with their big group of friends, I would be very angry. We do not want to report them to the police, but if they do not stop trespassing on our private property, we will have no choice.
If you know who these children are, please contact their parents/guardians immediately and notify them of their unacceptable behavior.
Please tell them to stop these activities for their own good, and for the good of the community.
