Pelican Oyster Co. is a new farm in Oyster Bay, located in Florida’s big bend. They’re proud to be a part of the next generation of sustainable Gulf oyster farmers working hard to preserve and enhance Florida’s unique ecology. This supper club will be a little bit different than the others — think casual summer evening: several high top tables, oysters (duh), champagne, rosé, vibez. Proceeds to Oyster South. Oysters and a low country boil by Pelican Oyster Co. Desserts by Southern Craft Creamery. Wines by Amanda Morrison. Beer by Oyster City.
