Are you a jack of all trades? We are a really cool small business in Woodland that has a big property to take care of, irrigation, buildings, paint, HVAC, machines, forklifts. A nice mix of things to keep things interesting! About half time the fun team in the warehouse needs help with assembly, packing, shipping, cleaning and pump and solar related tasks. Our company specializes in Solar Water Pumps Kits that can be customer-DIY installed by ranchers, farmers, off grid-ers, and homesteaders alike. We work hard and have a lot of fun! Responsibilities: Help maintain buildings and keep everything clean and functioning Hustling to help with packing, prepping, or picking or shipping when needed Maintain grounds and drip irrigation system Simple plumbing and mechanical work as needed Help with anything broken or needing repair on the property Helping the rest of the team with the shared garden means free veggies for all! Assembling, cleaning, refurbishing products in the warehouse Show proactivity and responsibility towards your tasks Be able to work hard together in a team environment Requirements: Some smartphone and computer skills Communicate well in person Positive, friendly, helpful attitude to shine through Excited to learn new things with youtube videos or watching others What we offer: 401K Health Care Plan PTO, Sick Leave Awesome team environment Great culture & atmosphere
