Pool Monitoring Officer – OTE: $16.00 Pool Monitoring Officer is responsible for monitoring the pool and surrounding area, and providing cleaning / sanitation services at assigned location. Duties include, but are not limited to; * Enforce pool rules, regulations, policies, procedures, and respond to emergency situations. Duties and Responsibilities: - Supervise all activities in the pool area and monitor the facility for any issues. - Ensure that only authorized residents use the pool area. - Enforce the pool rules as stated and posted in the pool area. - Report any violations to management and inform the onsite guard, if necessary. - Ensure that guardians supervise children at all times. - Arrange pool furniture as needed. - Perform routine patrolling and chemical inspections. - Ensure cleanliness of the area, including wipe down and sanitation. - Exercise sound judgment and make independent decisions. Qualifications: - Must be at least 21 years of age. - High school diploma or equivalent. - CPR training/certification a plus. - Exceptional customer service and problem-solving skills. - High level of comfort working in a collaborative team environment. -Strong attention to detail.
