Description
found wallet on the side of the road in Golden Gate park on Tuesday evening. Has Albanian ID for Valentina, a photograph, and a few cards. It looked like someone had gone through it and thrown it there.
I am dropping it off at Richmond Police Station tomorrow afternoon unless its owner contacts me before then.
