survival / emergency food, Need to find space for work...

I make 30 year freeze dried emergency/camping/survival foods. I am trying to find a good place to set my freeze dryer up and operate it. I only need 1 room anywhere from 300 to 500 square feet. The machine requires 220 volt power. I am open to about any good suggestion. I would consider paying rent or having some kind of partnership, where I provide the machine and you provide the power and place? So, looking for a safe place to setup.
