Demonstration/Hands on. Learn to make cookies the old-fashioned way. You'll whip egg whites by hand and combine the ingredients with a light touch for two of the doughs and we'll provide the prepared dough for you to roll and form for the remaining cookies. For all ages. Children 16 and younger must be accompanied by an adult. Each attendee must purchase a ticket. Menu: Taralli Dolci (Glazed, Ring-shaped Cookies with Icing & Sprinkles) Biscotti di Ceglie (Rolled Almond Flour Cookie filled with Lemon Zest & Cherry Jam) Ricciarelli ( Soft Tuscan Cookies made with Almond Flour & Honey) Biscotti Regina (Toasty Sesame Cookies) You'll take a dozen of each cookie with you at the end of class. Safety & Precautions We ask that you return a signed copy of the waiver for each attendee via email prior to class.Please wear a mask while in the Cooking Schools. Masks can be removed to enjoy samples provided or the food that you have prepared.Our Partners will maintain a 6-foot distance from attendees while in the Cooking Schools. We ask that you maintain a 6-foot distance from other attendees during the class.Classes are limited to a maximum of two hours. For that reason, we ask that all attendees arrive at least 5 minutes prior to the confirmed time of the class.
