Connect with your fellow sisters while experiencing a deeper state of consciousness through Cacao and a Sound Healing meditation. SUPER FULL MOON - SISTER CIRCLE - CACAO CEREMONY - SOUND BATH MEDITATIONThis is your time to take a pause, take a breath, to be nourished among fellow sisters! The Full Moon is a powerful time to release what no longer serves you. We will begin with an opening meditation, sharing what we need to release from our lives. We will then experience a heart opening Cacao Ceremony to increase our connection to ourselves, the earth, and the community around us. By allowing the spirit of cacao to beckon you deeper into your heart space you will be more open, more receptive to your inner wisdom and to your hearts deepest desires. Afterwards we will lay down to enjoy a renewing sound bath with Crystal Quartz Singing Bowls, allowing the healing vibrations to balance and naturally realign our energy centers. We will close with a sharing circle. The goal of the experience is to invite deep rest and relaxation, and explore self-inquiry and self-discovery. This journey is unique as it will incorporate several healing modalities to leave you feeling a state of bliss and joy. This special in person experience is one of kind held outdoors where you have ample space to socially distance while being with community at the same time.
