This is an apartment building with tenants. It is important not to disturb the tenants. Sometimes tenants will have special requests when they see landscapers. Rather than do the requests immediately or ignoring the requests, we need someone flexible enough to call the property manager for the requests to get authorization. We like to keep the tenants happy, but the requests need authorization from the property manager. Excellent pay if the job is completed. the tenants are happy and the property manager is happy. $25/ hour plus bonuses for excellent communication To apply: Tell us what you regularly do for work, Tell us the type of vehicle you have and how many bags you'll be able to take away, Tell us your availability for Sunday.
