The Texas Association of Addiction Professionals invites all LCDC Interns, Recovery Support Specialists, and anyone new in the field. The Texas Association of Addiction Professionals (TAAP) invites all LCDC Interns, Students, Recovery Support Specialists, and anyone new in the field to attend the Annual Conference CI/Newcomers Networking Reception. TAAP is hosting a gathering for you to learn more about TAAP and NAADAC.  You will have an opportunity to meet with current TAAP and NAADAC Board Members,   Past Presidents, and top representatives from treatment providers across the state.  Attendees will meet others new to the field from the State of Texas and learn about ways to get involved.   Learn about the current and projected employment conditions and opportunities in the field.   You will also hear about the Young Addiction Professionals and their mission for young people entering the field of chemical dependency treatment.   Registration to the Conference is NOT required to attend this event and there is NO CHARGE to come to this 1.5 hour of networking.  So please join us to learn more about TAAP and NAADAC, our national association, and how you might become involved.    Lunch will be available but you must RSVP via this registration link.
