3yr old bay thoroughbred filly for trade

I have a super cute bay thoroughbred filly for trade. She stands about 14.3-15hh and will continue to grow (parents were both over 16hh). She is broke to ride (has had young kids ride her), very calm personality, traffic safe, trail safe, Current Coggins, grade, stands tied, easy to catch, loads in a trailer. She's had 90 days of professional horse training and she is super sweet and calm. Anyone can ride this sweet girl anywhere. She does have a recent cut to her right hind leg but it is cosmetic and has been cleared by a vet (it does not and will not affect her). Looking to trade her for something taller (I'd like a mare or gelding around 16hh-17hh+) that is broke to ride (small issues I can work with but needs to be safe, no complete projects).
