Young male cockatiel needs new home

1 yr. Old male cockatiel needs a new forever home. He is tamed, loves to sit on your shoulder and do whatever you're doing. He can be a bit picky with fingers sometimes (he's a diva at times lol). Loves his millet, whistles, does a cat call whistle as well, whistles along to music if he's into the song. He could do well with another male tiel or a girlfriend. He will not come with a cage, but he will come with all his food (high quality pellets and seed mix, brand new bags). $250 is the rehoming fee (this is a great deal for an already tame cockatiel). The fee is FIRM. I no longer have time for him due to a rigorous schedule and its not fair to him. If the posting is still up, he is still available.
