Barre3 is a full-body balanced workout combining strength conditioning, cardio & mindfulness.
We are SO excited to bring barre3 to South Tampa! We will be hosting classes around the Tampa area, as our space is under construction and being prepared for opening. Bring friends & family along with you, classes are FREE! Sign up on Eventbrite to reserve your spot.
Please bring a yoga mat, water bottle, light handheld weights (optional) and a sweat towel if you'd like.
