Description
The Project Supervisor oversees the day to day cleaning operations and quality programs of specific projects and assigned locations. The Project Supervisor has over 2-3 year of experience in the cleaning and/or janitorial arenas and staff supervision and is well versed in safety requirements, equipment use, scheduling and training. Candidates which speak Spanish are highly preferred.
Requirements and Responsibilities:
• Supervise the cleaning and maintenance of buildings/facilities
• Train and supervise the custodial staff to maintain an orderly, safe, and efficient cleaning operations
• Work with janitor leads and other identified staff to ensure project effectiveness and staff have all supplies,
materials and training needed to complete tasks according to scope of work
• Order, stock and replenish cleaning supplies and equipment
• Provide the tools and equipment required to perform maintenance
• Monitor the MITC (Timekeeping) system to make sure employees are clocking in/out correctly
• Manage all daily, bi-weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual services within the Project Scope of Work
• Continually train and further educate custodial staff on proper cleaning and disinfecting techniques
• Attend annual training sessions to learn better cleaning and disinfecting methods
• Create and maintain schedule for inspections of buildings and custodial staff
• Maintain records of inspections for buildings and staff performance
• Maintain records and information needed for payroll, vacation, sick and other leave
• Facilitate the process of calling out and always makes sure there is sufficient staff in place
• Assist with the hiring and screening process of new applicants
• Resolve conflicts between staff and maintain a record for all incidents
• Communicate with the Client frequently and resolve any issues in a timely fashion
• Communicate with the Quality Cleaning Professionals' administration team often, and report any incidents
