Hello, I am a software developer in my late 20's looking to get started on real estate investing. I currently have a home in South Bay Area and I'm looking to use the equity to buy a rental property. I signed up at BiggerPockets.com and just started watching videos but I think the best way to learn is to learn directly from someone with experience.
