Searching for Drummer, Rhythm Guitar, Female Vox

Hi All! My name is Matt - I'm currently looking for a drummer and a rhythm guitarist, with ability to sing being a huge plus. Would love to add a female to the band for either or both of these spots to add some range to the sound, but all genders welcome. Stylistically - heavy blues, soul, rock, grunge (think jimi hendrix, zepp, rolling stones on through to sabbath, the cure, smashing pumpkins) so fairly diverse range. Don't care about age (I'm 37 in case you do), you don't have to be a pro, and just looking to have fun and play some local shows. Not trying to tour or make this a full time job.
