A dynamic and growing Skincare & Wellness company is looking for a Fulfillment Coordinator for immediate hire to grow with us long term. We’re looking for highly organized, detail-oriented and trustworthy individual to manage inventory, orders, fulfillment and shipping in our growing warehouse. You’ll print, pack and ship orders daily, track and stock inventory, and keep our warehouse organized and working optimally. E-commerce experience, customer service experience, and proficiency with Apple computers are a plus. JOB DUTIES: Organize, track and keep inventory stocked Wrap, pack and ship daily orders with accuracy and care Follow our quality control procedures Process returns and exchanges Answer customer requests and inquiries Warehouse organization, data entry and spreadsheet entry Optimize the space, our procedures and quality control Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and co-workers Maintain a clean and highly organized work environment Make dropoffs to shipping carriers when needed DESIRED SKILLS: E-Commerce fullfillment experience Apple OS computer skills Fast learner with our software apps and product fulfillment Excellent attention to detail and pride of accuracy You genuinely enjoy wrapping, boxing and gifting Excellent organizational and time management skills Previous experience in retail, warehouse management, pick/pack/ship Strong communication skills (written and verbal) A driver’s license and a car for occasional drop-offs and errands PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES: You have a genuine desire to learn, grow, and exceed expectations.
