We are a Southern California based Blinds company looking for a hardworking and motivated individual. The candidate must be reliable for a full-time Office assistant, and installation tech for blinds. NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED. We're family owned.
The position also requires good organizational skills, attention to detail, integrity, transparency, communication skills, problem solving skills, tech-savviness, time management skills, significant use of memory, initiative and drive. You will be working cooperatively with a wide variety of individuals.

The Office Assistant responsibilities
• Answer Phones and transfer to appropriate person or take detailed messages
• Assist visitors upon their entrance to the department
• Provide general office support- filing, faxing, copying, etc.
• Use Outlook to set up meetings and schedule conference rooms
$17-$20 hr. plus bonus and commission! Looking for someone that's organized. Full-time job. Needs to be able to help with accounting, sales, making documents (templates already made). We're an established, family owned firm. Good growth opportunity within the company. Looking for administrative assistance, sales, and installation tech!
