Schedule: Must be open to flexible work schedule between 8am and 8pm
A NEW Automated Car Wash facility is opening in Hemet. Seeking to hire an experienced Car Wash Manager, Supervisor and Assistant Managers.
Manager Position: This position requires 4-5 years experience, with a proven track record of managing a large automated carwash facility. This position is accountable for sales performance, growth and profitability, customer satisfaction, operations, and the training and development of staff. Some technical and mechanical skills with equipment a big plus.
JOB OVERVIEW – ALL POSITIONS:
Promote excellent customer service, and a safe environment for employees and customers.Monitor quality and safety, train and mentor employees.Resolve customer complaints or damage claims. Maintain site manuals and records.Ensure the site is clean, order stock, maintain inventory.Plan and schedule employee work schedules, mentor and train, attract new talent.All positions require car wash management/supervisory experience, preferably an automated carwash.Drug Screen & Background check required.
