International freight forwarding office in Newport Beach is looking to fill an immediate position for Export Documentation Coordinator.
We are looking for a person with restaurant or retail experience who is looking to have an opportunity to work in a professional office environment with a M-F work schedule and benefits.
Ideal candidate should be able to work well under pressure, be familiar with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and have a good understanding of global geography.
Duties would include but not limited to:
• Preparation of export documents for ocean container shipments leaving the US to various international
destinations
• Filing US Customs for Export shipments.
• Reviewing and responding to multiple emails timely and accurately.
• Working with customers via the phone in a professional and courteous manner.
