Seeking electrician to install pendant lamps

Hello, I am seeking an electrician to come and remove two florescent track lighting units in a carport. And to replace them with two pendant lamps. I started to remove one of the existing lights, but now need a professional. The track lighting currently works fine and is connected to a wall light switch. The pendant lamps are currently wired to plug into a traditional wall socket, so i'm not sure what wiring they may need or if the existing wiring in the ceiling can be used for them. I may also need to purchase a canopy for each of the pendant lights. House is located just a few mins from downtown Ojai.
