US Janitors is a fast-growing company in the Commercial Office Cleaning vertical that has expanded into the Inland Empire and is currently seeking energetic and highly motivated individuals to join our team as a Janitor / Facility Maintenance resources. You will be an energetic, detail-oriented, flexible person willing to take on commercial office cleaning projects in the Inland Empire area as assigned. We are looking for a key person / team that will grow into a supervisory role and lead our Inland Empire office. The position will be responsible for cleaning and sanitizing offices, entry areas, conference and meeting rooms, bathrooms, kitchen areas and break rooms. General Duties • Perform general cleanup of assigned areas and buildings • Perform top to bottom sanitizing and cleaning of all restrooms in the facility • Sweep and mop floors on a routine basis • Vacuum and clean offices • Clean all counter areas • Dust shelves • Empty trash cans and keep dumpster areas clean • Straighten tables and chairs in at desks and conference rooms • Clean windows and other glass areas • Maintain assigned equipment: vacuums, mops, brooms, etc. • Keep track of and inform supervisor of any and all required cleaning supplies • Provide exceptional customer service when interacting with customers • Must be a team player and willing to work with other staff members • Perform other duties as requested Qualifications • 3+ years janitorial experience • High school diploma or equivalent required • Ability to push, pull, lift and/or carry up to 50 lbs. • Ability to stand for extended periods of time. • Must be 21 years old and pass background, drug and reference checks • Available weekends and holidays Transportation is required and all cleaning equipment and supplies will be provided onsite.
