Job Title: Car Wash Attendant/Customer Service Reps (2 Required – DIRECT HIRE)
Location: Hemet, CA
Pay Rate: $16.00 DOE
Schedule: First Shift and Second Shift available
Job Description:
Car Wash attendants to work as part of a team for an automated express wash facility. The primary function is to provide excellent customer service, perform cashiering duties and assist customers through the automated car wash and vacuum processes.
Job Duties:
Greet customers, describes Wash Options available, enters orders into POS SystemCollect payment from customers, processes payment and provides instructions to customers.Direct customers to wash station or guides automobile onto wheel track of automatic mechanism.Monitor and inspect the car wash tunnel for any malfunctions or emergencies, troubleshoot issues.Assists Customers with troubleshooting issues at the vacuum stations.Pick up trash and ensure facility is kept neat and tidy.Balance drawer by counting cash at the beginning and ending of shift.
Required:
Excellent customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to multi-task and work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Computer Skills – Ability to operate a POS system.Drug Screen & Background check required.Email resume to: [email protected]
