We are a vacation rental company looking to hire a team of cleaners to clean our short-term rental units in Three Rivers. We have three units in total and we are looking to expand in the near future. We just started renting out our first unit and we plan on getting the other two online very soon. We also need cleaners who are willing to help with deliveries and errands.
Requirements:
1. Must be legal to work in the U.S
2. Must speak fluent English
3. Must have own transportation.
4. Must have experience with short-term vacation rentals/Airbnb/VRBO.
5. Must be willing to help with deliveries/errands and tasks. We will need help delivering items that the guests might need like batteries, lightbulbs, bathroom and kitchen items, etc. We will also need help with taking out trash cans and other tasks. We pay hourly for any task.
6. Check-out is at 11:00 A.M and check-in is at 3:00 P.M every day. You must be able to clean the units within this time frame and have them fully cleaned by 3 P.M every time.
7. Must be able to clean linen on your own time and supply consumables including soap, shampoos, toilet paper, and paper towels. (We provide the linen for you and either reimburse you for consumables or include that in your pay.)
8. Must be able to notify management of anything that needs attention including maintenance issues and missing items.
9. Must have a team of cleaners. You might have to clean three units in one day.
10. Must be able to keep track of check-in and check-outs through email notifications.
