Job Duties & Responsibilities - Installation of Waterproof click, hardwood (Floors only) - Must have your own tools - We will provide onsite Training so the installation will meet our high standards - Identifies material defects prior to the installation and remedies immediately to avoid customer impact. - Demonstrates high level of professionalism through communication and interactions with customers and property residents. - Works well with others and willing to work according to company standards and guidelines. Installer Qualifications - Floor covering experience and excellent understanding of installation & great floor covering product knowledge. - Installation field experience with 5+ years - Ability to work actively and lift 50+ lbs. - Ability to field measurements, and understand sub floor conditions prior to any installation. - Highly efficient, organized, and able to work closely with others and able to meet shifting priorities and demands. - Current valid Driver License and ability to drive automatic transmission vehicles as needed. Maintain a vehicle and auto insurance for use to travel to job sites. - Problem solving skills; solid basic math skills needed to accurately calculate quantities. - Bilingual English/Spanish a plus. - Drug Testing Flooring "TILE" Helpers - We will provide onsite Training so the installation will meet our high standards - Demonstrates high level of professionalism through communication and interactions with customers and property residents. - Works well with others and willing to work according to company standards and guidelines. - Ability to work actively and lift 50+ lbs. - Current valid Driver License and ability to drive automatic transmission vehicles as needed.
