Applicants must be self-motivated, able to work with little or no supervision, and have a fun energetic attitude. Whether you have a beginner's interest in plants or are a seasoned gardener, an enthusiastic attitude is all you need to join our team. Responsibilities & Qualifications: • Excellent Customer service • Assist customers with plant sales provide information and plant suggestions • Plant maintenance, watering, pruning, and fertilization • Receive and unload deliveries • Stock, price, organize and display inventory • Schedule customer deliveries • Load customers with bulk material, which will require operating equipment (will train) • Complete sale transactions • Cash register experience • Assist in yard maintenance to provide a clean, organize, and safe environment • Plant knowledge and experience is a plus • Must be willing to work weekends
