Staffable Agency is seeking an experienced Field Manager for an ongoing, part-time promo campaign on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays throughout 2021. Qualified candidates will have experience managing events in the field as this is 100% field work. We are seeking managers who have managed event execution and staff simultaneously and who have a resume the depicts that experience. RATE: $30/ hour plus mileage. Phone stipend. Paid twice per month via direct deposit or check DATES: Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays TIMES: 10am-2:30pm LOCATIONS: Events will take place in San Diego, Chula Vista, Lemon Grove, National City, and El Cajon This is a W-2 employee position. OVERVIEW: Our teams work at outdoor locations, essential businesses, and various events to help the local communitny: food banks, shelters, pet rescues, parks, dog parks, shopping centers, and more. You'll be representing a well-known auto brand by giving people a helpful, fun experience. It's like being a paid volunteer or boy/ girl scout. REQUIREMENTS EXPERIENCE: Must have experience managing event execution and Brand Ambassadors simultaneously at promotional events. SKILLS INCLUDE: • Excellent and timely communication with a professional demeanor both written and verbal. • Timely and accurate reporting. • Ability to successfully multi-task to achieve objectives in unexpected situations. • Excellent skill in leading, managing, and motivating subordinates. • Management and reporting of inventory. TRANSPORTATION: A reliable car is required. TECHNOLOGY: A smart phone with cellular service.
